Where do you source your ingredients?
All raw materials are purchase from qualified vendors. The vender qualification program is based upon risk evaluation and testing of all materials that enter the facility. Identity testing is done on all raw materials prior to use in production. We source organic and non-gmo ingredients. All final formulations are sent out for heavy metal testing.
What is the shelf life of your formulations?
We recommend taking the capsules within 6 months to a year of purchasing.
How are the formulations packaged?
Our herbal supplement formulations consist of 60 capsules for a 30 day supply that come in a glass bottle.
Are your facilities GMP Certified and FDA Audited?
Yes, our processing and packaging facilities are both GMP certified and FDA audited.
How often should I take my Gut Genius supplement?
The best way to support your digestion is to take 1 capsule after lunch and 1 capsule after dinner daily.
When will I notice changes in my gut?
Balancing your digestion takes time. You may experience a few days of increased systems as your digestion comes into balance. Over time, your symptoms should decrease.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy and healthy! If you are not completely satisfied with your Gut Genius product, we will gladly accept returns within 90 days of purchase.

Gut Genius reviews every submission one by one so it may take up to 72 hours for your Gut Genius Analysis to be complete. We will send you an email with your analysis and recommended formulation as soon as your review is complete.
What do I do after I receive my Gut Genius Analysis?
Review your Gut Genius Analysis and get your formulation delivered! Simply follow the steps in the email to purchase your 30 day formulation. We will ship it to you once you submit your purchase.

All orders are shipped within 24 hours from our warehouse in Texas. Delivery times will depend on your shipping option but all orders are tracked from our facility to your door.

Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
